I accept the Compliance Warranties and Undertakings (CCA-CWU-001) and undertake to maintain current compliance status at all times.

I declare that I am duly authorised to bind the entity named above to this agreement and to the ClearCorridor platform terms. This authority-to-bind declaration is given in accordance with the Platform Authority Declaration (CCPAD-001).
